Roto-fab was looking for a single system to replace the multiple applications used to run our company. Odoo was appealing, but eventually it became clear that our automotive needs could not be met. We counted that system out, until meeting with MMY and PartSync. The improvements of MMY opened the door to implement Odoo while maintaining our ability to store automotive fitment data.
Our search for a new solution gave preference to DIY options. The Odoo system was easily configured to our needs. Most of our customizations were performed by our internal team without needing to use coding. As we continue to learn more, we continue to improve the capabilities and most importantly, we are streamlining processes. Since we chose a DIY approach, we are fully confident that we will be able to maintain our own system.
The moment we gave the approval to get started, we were immediately given access to test sites where we could start to learn and practice. Within 2 weeks we had an initial test website setup and data that very closely resembled our own information. We were then able to see in real-time how settings or configuration changes would affect our future system.
With Guidance from MMY, we have systematically implemented the various modules to grow our Odoo system into a full enterprise system. We had a ‘soft launch’ 2 months ago and we have been fully live for 1 month. I am completely satisfied with our decision to partner with Odoo and PartSync/ MMY.
