Credit Balance
Payment is made in advance based on the estimated hours allocated to be delivered against the project tasks within the upcoming billing cycle and/or application licenses or purchases.
Hours Recorded On Time sheet
MMY consultant submit time sheets reflecting the actual effort expended in completing the project tasks to date. MMY provides both Domestic and Offshore resources depending on skill set needed to deliver a task which are billed at unique rates based upon the Support Pack purchased.
Payment For Hours Worked
Periodically submitted time sheets are invoiced, and your credit balance is applied against the time sheet invoice and any additional product purchases.
Remaining Credit Balance
When the credit balance is consumed a new invoice for prepayment is generated based upon projected project tasks still open. The amount to be replenished is derived based upon planned future tasks expected to be delivered within the next billing cycle.
